Right now, none exist (at least not of 1.1.16).

I could make some, but then I'd have to know whether I can use my default
paths (/var/log/ for logging, /var/run/ for PID files, etc.) on your
system? Those are not standard on SCO Unix, but I have them locally for
better "Linux/BSD compatibility".
