Error 139

After much reading and learning I managed to get mgetty working great. Today
I upgraded from RedHat 5 to 5.1 and had the usual hiccups which weren't too
hard to solve but I can't figure out what is keeping my faxes from going
out.

Sendfax writes the following error in its' log and none of the other logs
show anything:
execute: /usr/sbin/sendfax -l ttyS2 62514651 f1.g3
[6] Exit status: 139( )
Transmission Error( )

I think it may be something to do with permissions but I am lost and would
appreciate any advice as to where to look next. It was working so well
before the upgrade and I would like to get it operational again.
