Hard to say. I have received one report with "139" before, but when
asking for details, nothing came back.

Please send a sendfax log file!
(What kind of program is calling sendfax anyhow? It's not one of mine...)
[Are you sure that the "sendfax" you have is mine? And not Hylafax'?]
