Coverpages

Hi,

I'm looking for make.coverpg in the mgetty+sendfax distribution.  
faxspool calls it and there's a man page for it but no program.

i checked both mgetty-1.0.0 and mgetty-1.1.13 and didn't find it in 
either place.

While we are  talking about cover pages, can I use hp2hig3 instead of 
pbmtext?
