Converting program for mgetty faxes

Don't get me wrong, I should have phased that as "so M$ can read the format".
It's just that I found Linux uses formats alot that I've never heard of like PGM, G3 and so on..
Thanks alot again.. my users are happy to now have a fax working..

g3topbm | pnmtotiff
pnmtotiff is contained in the pbmplus/netpbm package (in RedHat, it's
called "libgr-progs").
(I want to point out that NEITHER JPG nor TIF are "M$ formats". On the
contrary: those are OPEN standards that work everywhere, as opposed to the
usual M$ crap that works only with ONE version of ONE program).
