FortyTwo pre-final released

Hi,

I've just uploaded the pre-final version of my graphical answering
machine frontend, FortyTwo. New features are:
	o checks for newly arrived calls automatically (interval
	  configurable)
	o GUI runtime-selectable (Tk or Gtk)[1]
