Well, I haven't seen fax machines that can do it yet, but there is a
provision for it in the T.4/T.30 standard - after sending one page, you
can send another page with the same resolution etc. immediately following,
or you can re-negotiate all session parameters.  So it is possible.

(Sendfax can't do it).

(I will have to take a closer look at the tiff library stuff... :) )
