Well, it would mean that the "voice-spool-in" directory would have to be
writeable by that user ID, and that you can't chown() the incoming voice
files away, but besides that, I think this would be a good idea.

Mgetty doesn't do any overly complicated things, so I don't think a uid 
change is a "must" here, but if you feel like it, please tell me so.
