vgetty and uid/gid/mode?

Without looking at the documentation, I'd say "yes" (mgetty does it for
faxes with the fax-owner/fax-group/fax-mode command, why shouldn't vgetty
have something similar).

... looking through the code, I'm not sure, but it should be something
like "phone_owner <username>".
