Transmission error: +FHNG:-5 (Unexpected hangup...

I've sent faxes to fax machines without error, but this specific fax
gives me problems.

It seems to connect OK, and I see a lot of sending going on, but then it
cuts off with this error, and nothing is rec'd on the other side.

Any ideas?
