/etc/nologin.ttyS<x>

Hi All,

I am using /etc/nologin.ttyS<x> to block mgetty from
answering the modem when a call comes in sometimes.
This works fine, but there is one slight problem. I
also want mgetty not to do init-chat on the line 
as well when I have the file /etc/nologin.ttyS<x> 
present. 

Is there a way to tell mgetty not to do init-chat on
the line, something like /etc/noinit-chat.ttyS<x> ?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
