Are you using PAP or CHAP ?  Can you give some parts of your
/etc/ppp/chap-secrets or equivalent ?  Can you increase the debug level ?
Can you disable all bizarre options and bizarre protocols on MS-* ?

BTW: an uppercase name for a UNIX machine looks strange.
