Yeah yeah yeah that's what I meant. "Hierarchical" was not what I meant.
"State-Machine-like" was what I meant. ;)

Yup, done. Currently, I'm roughly following Smalltalk's MVC concept. Subclasses of View are uniquely connected to subclasses of Viewable, and draw on a
Tkinter Canvas. Nodes and Edges are subclasses of Viewable, and have
corresponding NodeView and EdgeView Viewers. So far, you could use this
thing for anything.
