options.ttyS0 and diald

Using mgetty for dialin server and incoming faxes and diald for
connecting to my isp.
As I configured mgetty to give an ip address for calling machines with
the file options.ttyS0, this one is also used by diald, which have been
configured for dynamic ip assigned by my isp, so my machine is set whit
193.94.6.254 ip and my isp is in the 193.95.0.0 network.
I want to give ip to machines calling my dialin server but want also
this ip not be giving to my machine when calling outside my wan.
