New calltree voice app

Just as a heads-up for anyone who may be interested. I just put one of
my "weekend projects" online at ftp://spoon.beta.com/pub/calltree.tgz

Its still in a really, really tough state(ie - plan on being a bit of a
hacker if you want to try it out), but it seems to be working once
configured.

Basically, its a program that can be used with vgetty's shell feature
for generating call trees (ie - press 1 for X, 2 for Y, etc). Its feature
set is pretty much limited to recording, playing, and DTMF detection, but
I'm adding features as I get time.

I'm basically making it public for several reasons. One, to get exposure
on it, and try to squish any bugs I left in it (there are several I missed,
I'm sure). Secondly, to give me an excuse to put more time in on it, and
turn it from a flaming ball of hacks in to some nicer code. Thirdly, to
provide a fairly easy-to-manage plug-in solution for this type of thing
with vgetty. And lastly, to open up dialog about voice applications in
general (hey, anyone think about a H.323 implementation yet? :) )

Anyhow, if you get a chance to play with it, I'd be interested in any
feedback (constructive criticism please. Flames about it not working/being
gross will just be dumped, and I'll discontinue development). I'll also
try to fix any bugs that are identified on a as-time-allows basis.
