Soliciting opinions on best modem in U.S. for mgetty/vgetty

Greetings,

I am thinking about upgrading my 28.8 Practical Peripherals modem, and
would like to purchase the/a modem which has shown itself to have the least
configuration/use problems with mgetty/vgetty, with the emphasis on ease of
setup and use for vgetty.

I'm not sure I can afford a Zyxel(sp?), so from what I gather so far U.S.
Courier is next best bet. As a side note, does anyone have a good mail
order source for the couriers, since my local COMPUSA only carries the
Sportsters?
