vgetty: dtmf capture

Hi;

I'm trying to write a variant of the playfile function which will
accept DTMF during the playback and return a string, if any. The
one supplied with the distribution aborts on DTMF during playback, which
necessitates waiting till the entire message is played to input any DTMF.

Just trying to clarify the method in which DTMF is received -- is
"RECEIVED_DTMF" gotten prior to the number itself? ie, are two "receive"
commands neccessary for capturing each digit ?

BTW, if someone has this variant of the playfile function, I
would appreciate hearing from you.
