Some small suggestions... To mix mgetty with HylaFAX

Well, yes.

No. After all, the real *job* of a "*getty" process is to set up the
stdin/stdout/stderr channels properly, for use of a given port.

If you send me a *clean* (and *portable*) patch that will work everywhere,
I may integrate it. Otherwise, the chances are very small - I have many
things to do that I find far more important. After all, mgetty can do all
the things for incoming calls that Hylafax can do...
