Send msg to remote display?

Hi;

I meant the remote LCD display of a fax machine.  I am trying
to send a msg from mgetty to the remote fax machine display after the 
fax handshake and after the fax starts transmitting. Ideally this
would come after the fax number of the connecting side is displayed.
