faxspool on NEXTSTEP

Hi,

there was some discussion about faxspool and NeXTstep on this list
recently - you should be able to find it in the list archives (see
http://www.leo.org/~doering/mgetty/ for a link to them).

You need to install GNU shellutils for "logname, cut, id" and other tools.

Further, you need to set "echo=..." to something meaningful in the mgetty
Makefile - it seems it is set to "echo=" (empty), which is causing error
messages like this one:

which comes from a line like this:

$echo "spooling $file..."
