Basically, it boils down to this: there are a few modems that won't work
with certain receiving fax machines. It usually manifests as +FHNG:50 or
+FHNG:54 or +FPTS:2 (endless retransmissions).

Harald Milz (hm@ix.de) is maintaining a list of "problematic" combinations
- please send him your modem type, rom version, and phone number, brand 
and model of the fax on the receiving side.
