US ringback

In case anybody can make use of it, here is one ringback cycle for the
US: [440,480,20][0,0,40]. If you play this back over the telco line
using zplay's -b option, the user on the other end will hear the same
set of tones that indicates that the other end is ringing.
I intend to use it in my vg_call script. When it finishes, it will
"ring through" to me. Actually it'll just ring the console bell a few
times. And if I'm there, I'll pick up. Otherwise it'll say "Sorry,
there is no one to take your call. Please leave a message."
