new test release on ftp.informatik.*

Hi,

I've put a new test release on ftp.informatik.tu-muenchen.de:/tmp/. This
one has JOB locking in faxrunq(1), a small bugfix in login.c, fixes in the
documentation, and reworked fax-address alias files. Their format is now

alias<whitespace>phone<whitespace>comment

the "comment" part is optional, but if it's present, it's used as if 
"-D <verbose_to>" has been specified on the command line.

In addition, some small details in the Makefiles have been corrected.
