Sounds like a flow control problem on the sending side. Exceptionally many
errors.

And *that* sounds like stupid pbmplus-g3topbm striking again. Since it
already *has* data, nothing prevents it from outputting it... - please try
my g3topbm, and tell me about the result.

Well, g3 is standardized, so winfax surely uses it - I can only imagine
flow control (or data overrun on your side, but that's unlikely since you
don't have problems with other faxes) problems.
