Uh? I use it all the time - seems to work, too:

/* mgetty.c
[..]
			    "AT+FCLASS=0", "OK",
                            "AT+FAA=1;+FBOR=0;+FCR=1", "OK",
[..]

do you mean it simply ignores the +FBOR=0;+FCR=1 in older releases? For
fax reception to work then, +FCR would have to default to "1"?
