vgetty: distinctive RING

vgetty can do that (can it?) via the /etc/answer.$device files. mgetty
cannot do it yet, but I'll think about it. If you know that you'll be
receiving faxes only, then you could also change "+FCLASS=0;+FAA=1" in
mgetty.c to "+FCLASS=2;+FAA=0", that will do. Awkward, but configuration
files are in the works...

Junk it, by a new one. Those won't work reliably with a human answering, 
hearing the fax tone, and pressing the "start" button on his machine, or
with automatic fax switches either.

Well, as soon as I have a new set of patches from Klaus, I'll maybe
include some kind of Distinctive Ringing support into mgetty - vgetty will
definitely have it.
