Failed fax receive

Hmmm. This is how my class 1 experiments usually looked like -- "my modem
doesn't like your modem" effect.

I don't think you can influence that on the class 2[.0] side, it's a pure
modem firmware/timing/signalling thing. System load shouldn't have any
effect.
