K56 Flex + Class 2 fax

While the Hayes Accura web page no longer says that modem does class 2 
fax, the Practical peripherals web page at:

 http://www.practical.com/products/56k/p56kflex.shtml

still claims class-2 fax operation, but I have one, and it only
reports class 0,1 when I ask the modem.
