mgetty warnings and RPM package

Fine, mgetty/sendfax/vgetty compiles nearly without warnings:

logname.c:245: warning: unused variable `was_all_uc'
tio.c:21: warning: `tio_compilation_type' defined but not used

(Linux 2.0.29, Gcc 2.7.2, libc 5.4.23)

I'm in the progress to create a RPM package for mgetty/sendfax/vgetty.
