Not able to receive some faxes on USR Sportster flash

This is a well-known problem between the USR Sportster series and some
other fax machines. It has been discussed multiple times on this list
before.

Since it is a firmware problem in the modem, only USR can do something
about it. Please tell them about the problem, show them the log files,
and ask them to fix it. All the other USR users will thank you.
