There are several MOO web servers out there.  I'm working on one, called
BayWeb, which is the BayMOO web interface.  It's very simple, and
expandable, and allows for basic authentication.  Version 1.5a is currently
being finalized on BayMOO, and I'll probably be extracting a dump file and
putting it on ftp.
