Guests losing their aliases

Hi, I'm having trouble with my guests.  After the guest logs in for the 
first time, the aliases are all removed.  This makes it impossible for a 
visitor to type "connect guest" and is becoming a pain in the butt.  
Anybody seen this before?  I'm running the most recent Lambda server with 
a JH core.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
