I'm running LambdaMOO 1.7.9p2 on NetBSD/amiga.  My MOO has been experiencing 
quite a few sudden crashes lately - the MOO lags and the lag escalates to a 
point where the server freezes.  I believe that the cause of the crashes is 
$byte_quota_utils:measurement_task.

Comments?  Fixes?  "Me too"s?
