Can someone help me or point me to some information?

I'm wondering if I have missed an update step somewhere.  I have upgraded from
1.7.9 to 1.8.0p5 with the LambdaCore-25Dec95.db.  I followed all the changes
in Brack's list at http://flake.org:8989/742, however, I can't seem to get
@program to work.  Did I miss something?
