I'm looking for examples of how M**s are (or are not) being accepted
as business or productivity tools. Anyone using them in front line
tech support?
Obviously some educational institutions are using them for distance
ed., and there's plenty of multi-user entertainment oriented M**s.
How about mainstream business uses?
Also...
I came across an account of how one department productively uses a
MOO (http://www.mcs.anl.gov/home/evard/papers/cncmast.html) but it's
somewhat dated. Can anyone point me to anything similar?
many thankx in advance,
--steve...
