tbs on *news

G'day all...!

I am experienceing some probs on *news on BatMOO...

When I try to @addnews or @rmm to/from *news I run into permission denied problems...   here are some examples...

@rmm 2 from *news
#61:rm_message_seq, line 3:  Permission denied
... called from #6:@rmm*ail (this == #114), line 11
(End of traceback)

{Btw, I am #114}

@addnews 6 to #61
#61:set_current_news, line 4:  Permission denied
... called from #61:add_news, line 15
... called from #61:@addnews, line 7
(End of traceback)

I have pretty much always had these problems...

  I have tried the fixes...  but even one or two of them give tbs...

I am running LambdaMOO-1.7.9p1  (before it was 1.7.8p4)...
   ...under Linux...
