1.7.9p1 Problem

I'm trying to run two MOOs on one machine.  When I tried starting the second MOO
manually after 'restart' didn't do anything:

Oct 18 15:51:55: *** Binding server socket: Address already in use
Oct 18 15:51:55: NAME_LOOKUP: Started new lookup process
Oct 18 15:51:55: *** Usage: ./moo [-e] input-db dump-db [port]

Help?  Bug-fix?
