Tracebacks: guest whispers....

hi!

got another one of those nasty tracebacks, wonder if anyone can help me here?
whenever a guest does a 'whisper' to any player, the following appears....

#90:player_to_refusal_origin (this == #2), line 4:  Verb not found
... called from #90:refuses_action (this == #2), line 3
... called from #90:wh*isper (this == #2), line 2
(End of traceback)

i've traced this error to a missing verb called "connection_name_hash".
