I have obtained the MacMOO server software for use on my Macintosh Quadra
650. After a few bouts with the "Unimplemented Trap" error, I have
successfully gotten it to run.
I'm using the LambdaCore1Oct.94.db. The problem I am having is with the
database checkpointing. This excerpt from the log file shows what
happens every time the database tries to checkpoint:
Sep 24 11:09:38: CHECKPOINTING on LambdaCore-1Oct94.db.new.new.#1# ...
Sep 24 11:09:38: *** Opening temporary dump file: Bad address
...which puzzles me, since there is no way to specify where temp files
are written in the MacOS.
Has anyone encountered this problem? I would appreciate any help you
could give me (please email privately with answers).
Additionally, if anyone knows of additional documentation or source code
for the MacMOO server, I would be interested in that as well.
Thanks...
