Yes, i saw something like it... It is the same stuff Kai Storbeck

There should be some more about the Panic itself above or below this 
line. Did this happen during a dump ? Do you still have the panicdump ? 
if so, try to 'tail' it (or load it in an editor).

If it is what we experienced, and what we )think( are memory problems,
the last bit of the Panicdump will contain an >>unknown litteral<< in
place of what should be there... 

The log should also state something like 'caught signal 11' or 'caught 
signal 10'. Both of which are memory segmentation related signals 
(segmentatin violation and bus error respectively).
