Well, on SchoolNetMOO (moo.schoolnet.ca:7777), there are a few.  Besides
housekeeper and Postman, there is a "Repo_man" that reaps dead players and old
objects.  These three are kinda non-interactive, although they do log in and
walk around.  The postman had some interaction in that you can use a mailbox to
send things to people via him.

The more interesting ones include a "Tutor" (still under construction) that
teaches newbies about the basic commands in an interactive tutorial.

As well, there is "Counselor Troi", which is my port of ELIZA to moocode.
