Expiring Mail in 1.8.0 db.

	I was looking around $wiz_utils on my MOO, and I found mail expiring.
I expired the players' mail (164 messages). After a while, I checked
my e-mail and there was no expired mail. So I looked around the code
for netforwarding code, and its not in there. I assumed it would be in
there since there is this mail option:

	</X-FONTNAME><X-FONTNAME><PARAM>Geneva</PARAM>-no_auto_forward  
@netforward when expiring messages

Was this meant to work this way? Just wondering about it, its no big
deal (hopefully).
