New Wiz needs help

Hi
 
I am new to MOOing, and have been given the task of setting up and
administering our local MOO.
 
With the help of all the FAQs and Documentation I have successfully
started the Lambda MOO server, my question now is -

Is there a way to enable automatic guest creation every time a new player 
logs in (setting up an upper bound).
 
Sorry if the Question is a repeat.
