ongoing listen() probs.

Is there going to be a fix for this bug?  My MOOs are starting to forget
to listen on their primary port#'s, practically every day.  I'm thinking
of setting up a task to kick off every hour to force it to unlisten then
relisten, but this is ridiculous.  I never had this problem before 1.8 and
the MPL stuff.  Both MOOs are also running web ports also (so theyre
listening on 2 ports), and I really do like MPL, but the listen timeouts
are really aggravating....
