pgperf compile problems solved

Thanks for all the responsees, it turned out that I had to compile it 
with the -L/usr/ucblib/libucb.a flag.  Then, to get it to run, I had to 
stick libucb.so.1 in /lib.  It compiled, the MOO was compiled, and we're 
in the process of upgrading as I type. :-)
