Resource Limit, How to Fix?

Dear All,

While trying to create a 25 x 25 array of rooms, I get the following 
traceback:

#133:streets, line 10:  Resource limit exceeded
... called from #6:my_huh (this == #2), line 26
... called from #55:do_huh, line 7
... called from #1:huh (this == #114), line 2
(End of traceback)

It creates about 65 rooms before dying.  Is there a set limit I cannot 
find somewhere to beat this problem?  I cannot find it in the manuals or 
the database.
