Hacker is just the non-wizard holder of all the objects that don't need wizard
 perms.  Most ones that do are owned by #2.  It differs, however, from $no_one
 ("Everyman" in most cases), which must NOT own anything because $no_one:eval
 is meant to not be able to destroy anything, so if $no_one owned anything, it
 would be able to affect it.
The reason Hacker can't log on is because the .password is set to "impossible
 password to type" - crypt() will never return that when someone enters a
 password, so it's safe.
