I like it MUCH more than the SUMMARY proposal.  It seems to me the 
summary system would outright kill the list.  The last thing I would want 
to do is gather posts together and send off a summary (sorry, but when 
you receive hundreds of messages a day most of them hit the bit bucket 
immediately after I read them).
