Bug in FUP

I found this small bug in FUP, so maybe tha authors can correct this, or if
it's not a bug let me know.

On a MOO I did:

;filelist("")
 
=> {{}, {"help", "avtmail", "deposits", "moos.log"}}

help, avtmail, and deposits are all directories, while moos.log is a file 
(the MOO's log) If I create another file it just adds it to the second set
which I believe is wrong. The files are supposed to be in the first set
right, then directories second?
