MI and MOO

Hacking MI into MOO is a mistake, because the current system is not 
designed to handle it, nor are ANY of the databases.  It would be 
paramount to hacking preemptive multithreading into MOO; it could be 
done, but nothing is designed to handle it, and it would be an immense 
hack.  Every single MOO database would have to be reengineered to work 
with the preemptive multithreading, etc.  Basically, because you can do 
something doesn't mean you should.  If you want MOO with MI use Cold.
